1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The product must include all original tags, accessories, and receipts.
Non-returnable items: Personal care products, cosmetics, fragrances, and electronics (if opened or used) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Provide Order Details: Share your order number, product details, and the reason for return/exchange.
Return Approval: Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
Refund or Exchange:
If eligible, we will process a refund (as store credit or to the original payment method).
Exchanges will be processed based on stock availability.
3. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
